The Black Sea coast: Mostly sunny. Light to moderate southeasterly wind. Highs: 26C to 29C. Sea water temperature: 23C to 24C, lower north of Cape Kaliakra. 

The mountains: Mostly sunny. Cloudy in Western and Central Bulgaria in the afternoon. Rain and thunder in some places. Moderate northwesterly wind. Highs: around 24C at 1,200 m and around 17C at 2,000 m.
