President Rumen Radev Welcomed with Official Ceremony by Montenegrin Counterpart Jakov Milatovic in Cetinje

President Rumen Radev and his wife Desislava Radeva were welcomed Monday with an official ceremony by Montenegrin President Jakov Milatovic and his wife Milena Milatovic at the Blue Palace in the city of Cetinje, the historical and cultural capital of Montenegro.

The two presidents will hold a face-to-face meeting and lead the plenary talks between official delegations of Bulgaria and Montenegro, followed by a joint press conference.

Within the framework of the visit, the Bulgarian President will hold meetings in Podgorica with the Prime Minister of Montenegro Milojko Spajic and the Andrija Mandic, President of the Parliament of Montenegro

The focus of President Rumen Radev's talks during the visit will be topics related to further deepening and strengthening of bilateral cooperation in areas of mutual interest, as well as support for Montenegro's progress in the EU accession process.

On Sunday evening, the head of State was met at the airport in Podgorica by Aleksa Becic, Deputy Prime Minister for Security, European and Foreign Affairs, and the Ambassador of Bulgaria to Montenegro, Stefan Dimitrov.
