BTA will publish the names of the top-of-the-list candidates of every party for all constituencies for the June 9 parliamentary elections. The information about the candidates is provided by the respective party/coalition, the candidates themselves and other official sources of information.

A total of 31 parties and coalitions have registered for the June 9, 2024 national elections in Vratsa. The candidates total 137, according to the Constituency Election Commission.

The order follows the sequential numbers on the ballots, as drawn by the Central Election Commission:

1. There Is Such a People Party: Ivan Klisurski, 26 . MP in two previous National Assemblies. Holds a master’s degree in Medicine;
2. Glas Naroden [People's Voice] Party: Borislav Marinov, 45. Graduated in Economic Management, as well as Finance and Banking;
3. Blue Bulgaria Coalition (6 parties: Conservative Alliance of the Right (KOD); Bulgarian Democratic Forum; Democratic Action Movement; National Movement for Stability and Upsurge; Bulgaria of the Citizens Movement; Conservative Bulgaria Party; Radical Democratic Party in Bulgaria): Petko Petkov, 59. Glozhene Mayor. Worked in Kozloduy NPP until 1993; 
4. We the Citizens Coalition (3 parties: Bulgarian Spring; Competence, Responsibility and Truth (KOI); Bulgarian Workers'-Peasants' Party): Iskren Dilov, 50. Graduated from University of National and World Economy (UNWE) in Sofia, holds master’s degree in Economy. Business owner; 
5. No registered list of candidates;
6. Bulgarian Voice Party: Evgeni Efremov, 38. Holds master’s degree in Financial Management. Completed a course in Business Communication in Russian. Municipal Councillor;
7. Rose Coalition (3 parties: Bulgarian Social Democracy - EuroLeft; United Labour Bloc Bulgarian Labourists; Rodolyubie 2000): Tseno Velchev, 80. Pensioner. Chair of labour cooperative farm until 1989;
8. Centre Coalition (2 parties: Svoboda [Freedom]; Bulgarian Agrarian Party): Veselin Tsvetkov;
9. Bulgarian Solidarity Coalition (3 parties: Rise Up Bulgaria; Bulgarian Left; United Social Democracy): Vladimir Vladimirov, 67. Worked in Kozloduy NPP. Chair of Nuclear Energy Federation at Confederation of Labour Podkrepa;
10. Edinenie [Unity] Party: Aneli Hristov, 57. Engineer. Worked for over 37 years in Kazloduy NPP. Mechanic at Energoremont Kozloduy;
11. Bulgarian National Alliance (BNO) Party: Kalin Krastev;
12. Vazrazhdane Party: Ivaylo Papov, 46. Teacher. MP in the 48th and 49th National Assembly;
13. Morality, Unity, Honour (MECh) Party: Krasimir Manov. Graduated in Drilling Engineering and Financial Management. Former Oil and Gas Exploration and Production CEO;
14. Continue the Change - Democratic Bulgaria Coalition (4 parties: Continue the Change; VOLT; Democrats for Strong Bulgaria; Yes, Bulgaria Movement): Denitsa Simeonova, 32. MP in the 47th National Assembly. Former chair of the parliamentary Committee on European Affairs (October 2022 – January 2023). Graduated in Industrial Engineering in English and holds master’s degree in Electronic Management in English;
15. The Truth and Nothing but the Truth People's Party: Magdalena Dyulgerova;
16. Bulgarian Rise Party: Kameliya Kamenova. Graduated in Preschool Pedagogy with French and English, holds a master’s degree in Social Pedagogical Work with Children at Risk. Worked in trade and social services;
17. Civic Bloc Coalition (2 parties: Radicals Bulgarian Democratic Union; Bulgarian Women's Party): Georgi Mladenov;
18. Society for New Bulgaria Party: Tsvetelin Tsvetanov;
19. The Left! Coalition (6 parties: ABV (Alternative for Bulgarian Revival); Movement 21; Green Party; Alexander Stamboliiski Agrarian Party; National Movement for Salvation of the Fatherland; Social Democrats Political Movement): Yordan Maldzhanski, 72. Graduated in Zootechnics from the Agricultural Academy. Has been a research assistant in sheep breeding since 1981;
20. Party of the Greens: Ivelina Yotova;
21. Here We Come Party: Snezhana Naydenova;
22. GERB-UDF Coalition (2 parties: Citizens for European Development of Bulgaria (GERB) and Union of Democratic Forces (UDF): Krasen Krastev, 49. Economist. Graduated from Varna University of Economics. Holds master’s degrees in Management of Business Organizations and Economics of Healthcare from D.A. Tsenov Academy of Economics in Svishtov. MP in the 43th and 44th National Assembly;
23. Bulgarian National Union New Democracy Party: Martin Iliev;
24. BSP for Bulgaria Coalition (3 parties: Bulgarian Socialist Party (BSP); Ecoglasnost Political Club; Trakia Political Club): Genadi Sabkov, 62. Mechanical engineer. Former Mezdra mayor and municipal councilor in Mezdra Municipal Council;
25. Velichie [Grandeur] Party: Rumen Tiholov;
26. VMRO-Bulgarian National Movement Party: Krasimir Bogdanov, 50. Holds a master’s degree in History from the University of Veliko Tarnovo. History teacher. PhD student in New and Recent History of Bulgaria. Former Vratsa deputy mayor. MP in 43th and 44th National Assembly;
27. Direct Democracy Party: Lyubka Todorova;
28. Movement for Rights and Freedoms (MRF) Party: Valentin Tonchev, 40. Graduated in Sociology and Economics, holds a master’s degree International Relations from the University of Strasbourg, France. MP in the 49th National Assembly;
29. Green Movement Party: Olya Genova, 47. Holds master’s degrees in Finance from the UNWE and in Ecology and Environmental Protection from Paisii Hilendarski University of Plovdiv. Senior Expert Public Relations and Educational Programmes at Vrachanski Balkan Nature Park Directorate;
30. Party for Great Bulgaria: Plamen Beninski;
31. Bulgarian Union for Direct Democracy (BSDD): Toni Badzharov. Born in 1967. Graduated in Engineering from Technical University of Sofia. Entrepreneur from the real sector of the Bulgarian economy since 1991. Speaks Bulgarian, Russian, German and English;
32. Neutral Bulgaria Coalition (4 parties: Communist Party of Bulgaria; Bulgarian Communist Party; Party of Bulgarian Communists; Russophiles for the Revival of the Fatherland): Ivaylo Ivanov, 64. Pensioner. Engineer in thermodynamics by education. Graduated from the Lenin Higher Institute of Mechanical and Electrical Engineering.
