A 42-year-old man from the Black Sea city of Burgas was arrested on Tuesday after driving with a blood alcohol content of 4.25 ‰, the Burgas Police Department said.
The man was driving a truck on the Primorsko – Sozopol road when he was stopped for a roadside check by a team of the Tsarevo Border Police. He was acting strangely and was made to do a breathalyzer test. He was detained for up to 24 hours, and the vehicle was seized. The man refused to give a sample for chemical analysis.
