site.btaRomanian Research Vessel Gets Permission to Enter and Stay in Bulgarian Maritime Space

The cabinet gave permission to the Romanian-flagged Research Vessel Mare Nigrum to enter and stay in Bulgarian maritime space between June 1 and 20 for a joint international scientific expedition in the Black Sea, the government information service said.

The expedition is part of a project titled "Developing Optimal and Open Research Support for the Black Sea" financed by the European Commission under the Horizon 2020 programme. It is a research and innovation action intended to improve the Black Sea environment.
