Bulgaria can be a regional innovation hub, with talent, new technologies and investment at its heart, Deputy Prime Minister and Foreign Minister Mariya Gabriel wrote on Facebook on Monday. She met with the third countries’ ambassadors to Bulgaria - a regular working meeting that is held every few months in this format, Gabriel explained.

"Stability, innovation, strategic partnerships - these are the three messages I emphasized at today's meeting. Bulgaria is a factor of stability in the Black Sea region and South East Europe. Bulgaria is building on strategic partnerships with both traditional and new partners. United, with mutual respect and pragmatic cooperation, we can tackle global challenges," Gabriel wrote.
