site.btaCode Yellow Weather Warning Issued for Strong Wind in 14 Regions on Sunday

The National Institute of Meteorology and Hydrology (NIMH) issued a code yellow warning for strong wind in 14 Bulgarian regions for Sunday. The warning for potentially dangerous weather was issued for the regions of Blagoevgrad, Veliko Tarnovo, Vidin, Vratsa, Gabrovo, Lovech, Montana, Pazardzhik, Pleven, Plovdiv, Sliven, Sofia, Stara Zagora and Targovishte.

 A strong northwesterly wind with gusts of 20-22 meters per second is expected before noon, NIMH said on its website on Saturday.

In some of the regions, the yellow code is valid only for certain settlements and not for the whole area.
