Sofia and 18 regional capitals in Bulgaria held mayoral runoffs on Sunday, as the Central Election Committee’s (CEC) parallel count was completed in 16 of them during the night. The parallel count continues in Sofia (with 40% of protocols processed), Varna (90.65%) and Plovdiv (80.30%).
