Broken to scattered clouds, sunny in the afternoon. Light to moderate northwesterly wind. Lows: 12C to 17C, around 13C. Highs: 22C to 27C, around 23C in Sofia. 

The Black Sea coast: Cumulus clouds in the morning, broken in the afternoon. Light to moderate northwesterly wind. Highs: 23C to 27C. Sea water temperature: 19C to 21C. Sea wave height: 1 to 2 degrees Douglas.

The mountains: Variable clouds, decreasing in the afternoon. Moderate southwesterly wind, strong on the higher mountain parts. Highs: around 16C at 1,200 metres, around 10C at 2,000 metres. 

The Weather on October 29:

Mostly sunny in Western and Central Bulgaria, foggy with layered clouds and rain showers in the East. Light northerly-northeasterly wind. Highs: 22C to 27C, 8C to 13C in the morning.
