The switch to standard Eastern European time (UTC+02:00) will take place at 4 a.m. on October 29, when clocks will be turned back one hour, the Bulgarian Institute of Metrology said on Wednesday.
The time change is in implementation of Directive 2000/84/EC of the European Parliament and of the Council of 19 January 2001 on summer-time arrangements.
