President Rumen Radev will pay a visit to Burgas (on the Black Sea) on Monday, his press secretariat reported Saturday. He will take part in the marking of 60 years since the establishment of the Prof Dr Assen Zlatarov University of Burgas.

On Monday evening, Radev will address the guests of the solemn concert for the anniversary at the State Opera Burgas. He will also present the higher education establishment with a St St Cyril and Methodius Plaque.

The anniversary's marking is held under the head of State's auspices.

Entry to the concert is free of charge for all current and former students and lecturers as well as the university's friends, the organizers said. To perform are State Opera Burgas' choir and soloists Liudmila Mihaylova and Yordan Hristozov, the Strandzha Professional Folklore Ensemble, and the Deja Vu vocal trio, among others.
