site.btaInterior Mnistry to Hold National Meeting in Sofia

A national meeting of the Interior Ministry will be held in the building of the National Police General Directorate at 11 a.m., the press centre of the Interior Ministry said. Prime Minister Nikolay Denkov, Acting Prosecutor General Borislav Sarafov and his deputy Maria Pavlova will participate in the meeting, as well as political and professional leadership of the Interior Ministry, the directors of directorates-general, the Regional Directorates of the Ministry and the Sofia Directorate, and administrative structures.

Among the topics that will be discussed are the objectives and priorities of the Ministry, the organization of the activity of the structures in the preparation and conduct of the local elections in October, analysis of the results of the measures taken to curb illegal migration, counteracting crime and domestic violence, the state of road traffic violations.
