site.btaCabinet Adopts Ordinance on Submitting, Reviewing Applications for Patents on Inventions, Utility Models

The Council of Ministers Wednesday adopted an ordinance on the formulation, submission, and reviewing of applications for patents on inventions and utility models, amending Decree No.53 of the Council of Ministers of 2008.

The new ordinance regulates the procedure for registering utility models in accordance with Chapter 7 of the Patents and Utility Model Registration Act. This way, those participating in the production will have security and predictability regarding the legal protection of utility models.
