site.btaNational Defence College to Host Seminar on Strategic Communications and Hybrid Threats

The Rakovski National Defence College in Sofia will host a seminar on "Strategic Competition in the Cognitive Domain: From Analysis to Action" between September 11 and 15, the Diplomatic Institute under the Minister of Foreign Affairs said on Friday. The event has been organized by the College of International Security Affairs at the National Defense University of the United States in partnership with Bulgaria's Diplomatic Institute and the Rakovski National Defence College.

The seminar will be attended by government experts in strategic communications, public diplomacy, hybrid threats and crisis management, among other fields. They will have a chance to improve their skills in assessing potential national security threats and applying an inter-agency strategic approach to such situations.
