site.btaSome BGN 63 Mln Approved for Disasters Prevention, Control, Recovery

The Council of Ministers adopted a decree on the approval of additional expenditure/transfers from the state reserve for 2023 for unforeseen and/or urgent expenditure for prevention, control and recovery from disasters, the Cabinet press office said on Thursday.

The Decree approves some BGN 63.054 mln for carrying out disaster risk reduction activities, reimbursement of unforeseen expenses for carrying out rescue and emergency rehabilitation works, as well as overcoming the consequences of disasters.

The amount will be provided from the Contingency and Urgent Expenditure Reserve under the State Budget Act for 2023.
