site.btaBGN 8.2 Mln Approved in Aid for Ukrainian Refugees

Meeting on Thursday, Bulgaria's Council of Ministers adopted a decision on payments totalling BGN 8,187,140.90 under the Programme for Humanitarian Assistance to Displaced Persons from Ukraine who have been Granted Temporary Protection in Bulgaria, the Government Information Service said.

The payments are verified for 43 approved applications for the period from June 1 to November 15, 2022 and for 167 approved applications for the period between April 1 and June 30, 2023.

The Programme for Humanitarian Assistance was adopted by Council of Ministers Decision No. 317 of 2022 and has since been amended and supplemented by 11 government decisions.
