BSP leader Korneliya Ninova stated Thursday that her party received an invitation by Continue the Change co-leader Kiril Petkov and Democratic Bulgaria co-chair Hristo Ivanov for preliminary talks on forming a constitutional majority but refused to take part. “As you know, they have 160 votes, but for the quick procedure to change the Constitution, 180 are needed. We have gathered our collective bodies, the Executive Bureau and the parliamentary group and we have a decision - not to participate in preliminary talks,” she was quoted as saying by the party’s press centre.
