The Council of Ministers on Thursday approved a draft Partnership Agreement between the European Commission and Bulgaria for the organization of information and communication campaigns on Bulgaria’s changeover to euro within the framework of the information and communication strategy on the euro and the Economic and Monetary Union. The Finance Minister was authorized to sign the decision on behalf of the Republic of Bulgaria.
