The Federal Service for Military-Technical Cooperation of the Russian Federation sent a note to Bulgaria Wednesday, stating that Russia finds the repair and modernization of Mi helicopters at Bulgarian enterprises and their subsequent delivery to Ukraine categorically unacceptable.
