The National Assembly ratified the Recovery and Resilience Facility financing agreement between Bulgaria, represented by the caretaker Minister of Innovation and Growth Alexander Pulev, and the European Investment Fund (EIF) for the implementation and management of the Recovery and Resilience Facility supported capital operations in Bulgaria.
