Health Minister Launches Countrywide Inspections at Maternity Wards over Case of Babies Swapped at Birth
Caretaker Health Minister Assen Medjidiev told journalists at the Council of Ministers that he is going to inspect most maternity wards in the country, and very serious measures will be taken subsequently. His statement was made in connection with the case of switched babies at Sofia’s Sheinovo Hospital.
