As of 20 October, Bulgaria is introducing a visa regime for Russian citizens holding service passports. The caretaker government decided at its weekly meeting on Wednesday to partially suspend a provision of the agreement between the governments of Bulgaria and the Russian Federation on mutual travel of citizens, the press service of the Council of Ministers said on Wednesday.
