Supreme Judicial Council's Expiring Term Is Extremely Serious Problem - Justice Minister
Bulgaria's caretaker Justice Minister Krum Zarkov is seriously concerned about the situation with the Supreme Judicial Council (SJC) and fears that it will yet give rise to further problems. Zarkov talked to journalists Wednesday on his way to a meeting of the SJC Plenum, which he presides for the first time since taking office in early August.
