"The decision of the President of the Russian Federation ordering partial mobilization will intensify the hostilities, will escalate the conflict, and is a threat to security with unforeseeable consequences," Bulgarian President Rumen Radev said here on Friday, emerging from a consultative meeting with caretaker Prime Minister Galab Donev, cabinet members and representatives of the special services.
