A conference on defence and cyber security issues in the countries of Southeast Europe is being held in Sofia on September 19 and 20, the organizers from the Israeli platform IMPROVATE said. The host of the meeting is Rosen Plevneliev, former president of Bulgaria in the period 2012-2017 and member of the advisory board of IMPROVATE. Former world chess champion Garry Kasparov will be a special guest at the forum.
