Caretaker Environment and Water Minister Rositsa Karamfilova held a working meeting with representatives of the World Bank regarding the implementation of the Agreement for providing assistance services to support the development of River Basin Management Plans (RBMPs) and Flood Risk Management Plans (FRMPs) for Bulgaria, the Environment Ministry said in a press release here on Monday.
