Continue the Change (CC), in coalition with the Volt and European Middle Class parties, filed with the Central Election Commission (CEC) its papers to register for the October 2 snap parliamentary elections, CC ranking member and former Parliament Chair Nikola Minchev told reporters outside CEC's building here on Tuesday.
