The ferry Nikopol-Turnu Magurele is not sailing to and from Romania due to a technical malfunction, Border Police said on Wednesday morning. At some of the border crossing points with Romania, Greece and Turkiye, traffic is intense.

On the border with Romania, traffic is heavy at the border crossing points Kardam and Durankulak at the entrance for trucks.

At Danube Bridge Ruse, from November 1 to 15, a temporary traffic organization is in place for heavy goods vehicles due to the repair of the external disinfection facility for passing motor vehicles.

A temporary traffic organization has been introduced due to major repairs on the Bulgarian section of the Danube Bridge at Ruse, traffic passes through one lane regulated by traffic light. In addition to Ruse, drivers in the region can also head to Silistra, Kardam, Durankulak, Kainardzha and Krushari. The last two have working hours from 8 am to 8 pm every day and no goods vehicles are allowed through them.

On the border with Greece the traffic of outbound cars is intense at Kulata.

Only cars and vans are allowed to pass through the border crossing points Makaza, Zlatograd and Ivaylovgrad.

On the border with Turkiye, traffic is heavy at Kapitan Andreevo and at Lesovo at the exit for trucks.

On the border with Serbia, traffic is normal at all border crossing points. Due to a technical problem there is a delay in the processing of goods vehicles.

On the border with North Macedonia, traffic is normal at all border crossing points.
