Bulgaria’s Chief of Defence, Admiral Emil Eftimov Monday conferred with Turkiye’s outgoing military attache in this country, Colonel Murat Payas, on the occasion of the completion of his mandate, and his newly appointed successor, Lieutenant Colonel Ugur Mertoglu.
