In order to ease traffic through the Vidin-Calafat border crossing at Danube Bridge 2 three land plots for the construction of buffer parking zones on Bulgarian territory will be designated, while the Romanian Transport Ministry has decided to begin a pre-project study for the expansion of the border crossing, Lyudmil Todorov, head of the Bulgarian-Romanian company which operates the facility told BTA.
