Lows will be between minus 8C and 3C, in Sofia about minus 7C. Snowfall in the northeastern parts of the country will subside, snowfall will persist in Southeastern Bulgaria and there will be rain and snow in the most southeastern parts. There will be moderate to strong north-northeasterly wind. Clouds in the west and the central part of the country will disperse towards the second half of the day. There will be moderate west-northwesterly wind. Highs will be between minus 3C and 2C, in Sofia about minus 1C.

The Black Sea coast: Cloudy. Considerable snowfall in the south, snow and rain in the most southern parts. Moderate to strong north-northeasterly wind. Highs will be between 0C and 4C. Seawater temperature: about 6C. Sea waves: 3-4 degrees Douglas. 

Snow will fall in the central and eastern parts of the Balkan Mountains, in the Eastern Rhodopes and Strandzha Mountain. After noon, clouds will break and decrease over the mountain ranges of western Bulgaria. Light to moderate north-northeasterly wind. Highs at 1,200 metres about minus 4C, at 2,000 metres about minus 10C.
