Solid fuel output year-over-year (YoY) in Bulgaria increased by 73.5% in November 2024 compared to October, while electricity output rose by 3.5%, the National Statistical Institute (NSI) said here on Wednesday.
NSI reported declines in fuel output for the same period: motor gasoline output dropped by 29.3%, liquefied petroleum gas (LPG) by 14.3%, and transport diesel by 1.6%. Natural gas output remained unchanged.
YoY in November 2024, output increased for LPG by 50% and solid fuels by 16.4%. However, motor gasoline output fell by 42.4%, transport diesel by 3.8%, and electricity by 3.3%. No change was recorded in natural gas output.
YoY in October 2024, electricity output rose by 4.2%. However, output declined for solid fuels (-40.1%), motor gasoline (-27.2%), and transport diesel (-9.3%), while LPG and natural gas output remained unchanged.
Month-over-month (MoM) in November 2024, deliveries increased for solid fuels (+60.5%), natural gas (+32.4%), electricity (+24.8%), and motor gasoline (+12.5%). LPG deliveries fell by 10.3%, and transport diesel by 2.4%.
MoM in October 2024 solid fuel deliveries declined by 11.4%, while increases were observed for transport diesel (+31.9%), natural gas (+15.3%), electricity (+11%), motor gasoline (+9.8%), and LPG (+5.4%).
YoY in November 2024, deliveries rose for motor gasoline (+28.6%), electricity (+13.2%), natural gas (+11.5%), solid fuels (+8.8%), and transport diesel (+1.7%). No change was recorded for LPG deliveries.
YoY in October 2024, motor gasoline deliveries grew by 21.7%, natural gas by 14.7%, transport diesel by 8.3%, and electricity by 7.7%. Solid fuel deliveries declined by 35.5%, and LPG by 9.3%, NSI reported.
