The winter season in Borovets resort is expected to be officially opened on December 21, the resort's website reported Tuesday. The announcement states that the season may open earlier if weather conditions permit. 

Tourists to the resort can take advantage of last year's pass prices until December 27. The original deadline was December 15. 

According to a reference on the resort's website, the daily lift pass from 8:30 am to 12:30 pm for tourists 23 to 64 years old is BGN 75, and for youths 14 to 22 years old and people over 65 years old it is BGN 55. The card for children aged 7 to 13 is BGN 45.

The afternoon card in the range from 12 to 4 pm for adults is BGN 65, for young people BGN 50, and for children BGN 40.

The day lift pass for adults is BGN 90, for youths BGN 70, and for children BGN 55.

For six days of the winter season the card for adults costs BGN 500, for youth BGN 380 and for children BGN 300. 

Night skiing for adults and children costs BGN 55 and for children BGN 35. 

Those who wish can buy a season lift card for BGN 1,700. For children and young people up to 22 years it costs BGN 1,200 and for people over 75 years - BGN 100. 

The concessionaire "Borosport" offers contactless lift cards and a discount for people with disabilities. More information can be found on the resort's website.
