site.btaMarsh Company Receives Grand Prize of Council of Women in Business

The Marsh company won the grand national prize of the Council of Women in Business in Bulgaria (CWBB) with their project "Equality and Transparency of Salaries: What Will Bulgarian Legislation Look Like?" For the third consecutive year, the CWBB presented its awards for inspiring achievements in diversity, equality, and inclusion. The award ceremony was held in partnership with the European Investment Bank. 

Awards were also presented to Yettel, Hewlett Packard Enterprise, Paysafe, Rent-a-baba, Allianz Bulgaria, Mastercard and UniCredit Bulbank, Lidl Bulgaria, A1 Bulgaria, Coca-Cola HBC Bulgaria, Business Foundation for Education, and Prestige-96.

At the event, projects were presented of companies and nongovernmental organizations that had impressed the jury with innovation, scale, and sustainability.

The ceremony was unveiled by Tzvetanka Mintcheva, Chairwoman of the CWBB Management Board and CEO of UniCredit Bulbank. In her speech, she said: "Tonight, we see the result of the efforts of visionaries who not only talk about inclusion but also apply it in practice. Diversity is not just a value but also a strategic advantage that makes companies more competitive and society stronger.
