site.bta Internally Compensated Changes Made in Environment Ministry's Expenditure

The government Wednesday approved internally compensated changes in the expenditures on policy areas/budget programme within the 2024 budget of the Ministry of Environment and Water.

The internally compensated change is mainly due to savings resulting from unrealized procurement. The expenditure is redirected to public procurement orders for immediate implementation, as well as for staff cost reallocation, without changing the overall approved sum.

The changes will not result in any additional costs to the Ministry's budget since they were made within the approved expenditure.
