Caretaker Minister of Economy and Industry Petko Nikolov met with a delegation of South Korean companies, interested in investing in Bulgaria’s industrial zones. At the meeting the business opportunities offered by Bulgaria were discussed, the Ministry said.
Representatives of South Korean companies expressed interest in investing in Bulgarian industrial zones, which could be a gateway to the EU for various Korean and Asian businesses.
The highlights were the opportunities of the industrial zones, owned by the National Industrial Zones Company EAD, which provide innovative and functional solutions for businesses. The promotion of trade in Bulgarian dairy and rose products was also discussed during the meeting.
On the Korean side, a commitment was made to cooperate on intensifying bilateral economic relations, especially with Hana Investment, which is a natural partner of industrial zones in Korea.
