site.btaMasterpieces of Bulgarian Art on Display at Artmark Gallery Ahead of October Auction
A selection of 131 artworks, featuring paintings by masters of Bulgarian art from the academic, modern, and post-war periods, and established contemporary artists, is on display at the Artmark Gallery in the capital, the organizers said here on Thursday.
They added that exhibition is open to the public with free entry until October 14. It includes works by Jaroslav Věšín, Ivan Mrkvička, Vladimir Dimitrov - the Master, Konstantin Shtarkelov, Dechko Uzunov, Nikola Tanev, Georges Papazoff, Nikolay Dyulgerov, and prominent figures of Bulgarian postmodernism such as Svetlin Rusev, Genko Genkov, Dimitar Buyukliyski-Michi, and Dimitar Kazakov-Neron.
The artworks will be auctioned on October 15, the organizers said.
