For the eighth consecutive year, the Bulgarian Folklore Festival Tupan Bie will be held in Phoenix, Arizona, the US, on October 18 and 19, the organizers of the event said Friday in a Facebook post.
“Everyone is welcome to join us for a weekend full of vibrant Bulgarian culture and heritage. We’re thrilled to host dance groups from across the U.S. and Canada, live music, exciting entertainment, and various workshops. Whether you want to immerse yourself in traditional Bulgarian dances or learn about the art of embroidery, there’s something for everyone!”, the organizers wrote.
The Bulgarian Folklore Festival Tupan Bie was founded by Tanya and Dimitar Dimitrov. The Festival has provided awareness and education about Bulgarian culture and heritage through dance performances, music and art since 2017. Tupan Bie gives Bulgarian singers, dancers, and craftsmen a chance to showcase their art while educating the community.
