Meeting here on Tuesday, Bulgarian President Rumen Radev and Saudi Arabia's Foreign Minister, Prince Faisal bin Farhan Al Saud, agreed that speeding up the signing of the bilateral agreements between their countries for cooperation in the fields of economy and investment will give a positive signal to their peoples and the business community. Prince Faisal bin Farhan Al Saud heads his country's delegation to the 79th session of the UN General Assembly.
The excellent political dialogue and the potential of business in the two countries are solid prerequisites for the implementation of projects of common interest, it was stressed at the meeting.
High technologies, communications, transport connectivity and logistics were highlighted as promising areas of bilateral partnership.
During the meeting, the latest escalation of tensions in the Middle East was discussed and a common concern was expressed about the expansion of the territorial scope of hostilities and the danger of involving new countries in the conflict.
