Monday offers good conditions for hiking in the mountains, the Mountain Rescue Service told BTA.

The weather is mostly clear, with fog in some areas of Central Bulgaria.

Temperatures in the morning ranged from 5 C to 10 C.

No incidents with hikers have been reported over the past 24 hours.

Cloud or fog are expected to form in some places in the valleys, the National Institute of Meteorology and Hydrology said. Lows: 4 C – 5 C in western Bulgaria, up to 15 C – 17 C on the Black Sea coast. It will be mostly sunny. There will be temporary increases in cloud cover over eastern Bulgaria. Highs: 23 C – 28 C, around 24 C in Sofia.
