site.bta130 Musicians to Perform Bruckner's Mass No. 3 on Friday

Bulgaria Concert Hall will host a concert Friday night dedicated to Austrian composer Anton Bruckner, the organizers reported. Some 130 musicians will perform Bruckner's Mass No. 3 in F minor under the baton of Yordan Kamdzhalov.

Pleven Philharmonic, the National Philharmonic Choir and Yordan Kamdzhalov join their creative energy to present the piece together with soprano Vera Girginova, alto Violeta Radomirska, tenor Georgi Sultanov and bass Svilen Nikolov.

The organizers shared that whenever Maestro Kamdzhalov conducts large-scale pieces by composers like Tchaikovsky, Brahms, Orff, Stravinsky, Wagner, Mahler, Hindemith or Bruckner, his audience becomes entranced by his stage presence.

Kamdzhalov said: "The whole world will be celebrating 200 years of Bruckner, and I am delighted that we are joining in this European trend with a tribute to the greatest sound architect since Bach and Beethoven. Today we urgently need the faith, hope and love that Bruckner's Grosse Messe gives us."
