site.bta9th Consecutive Edition of GuitART International Guitar Festival to Take Place in Plovdiv in October

The ninth consecutive edition of the GuitART International Guitar Festival will take place in Plovdiv between October 4 and 6, said Plovdiv Municipality. The festival will feature both world-famous guitarists and music groups, as well as emerging young talents.

The festival will include concerts, master classes, lectures, an international classical guitar competition and music workshops. Flamenco, Argentine tango, jazz, funk and classical are just some of the musical styles that music lovers will have the opportunity to hear.

"We are happy to welcome back to Plovdiv some of the most talented guitarists and musicians in the world. Our audience can expect incredible performances that will show the beauty and emotionality of the most popular musical instrument," GuitART organizers said.

Plovdiv GuitArt Festival has established itself as a large-scale and anticipated event in the region, which can offer an interesting experience for classical guitar lovers. This year, traditionally, a guitar competition will be held for both amateurs and professionals.The festival is organized with the financial support of the Municipality of Plovdiv and is part of the Cultural Calendar of the city for 2024.
