The Tord Gustavsen Trio will present their new album Seeing on November 12 in Bulgaria Hall, Sofia, Jazz Plus said on Thursday. Gustavsen is Norwegian jazz pianist and composer. The project features Steinar Raknes on bass and Jarle Vespestad on drums.

The organizers of the event pointed out that he has released 10 records on ECM Records. At the first few years of his career he played primarily in trio format before exploring projects in quartet and quintet formats. With his latest album Seeing he returns to his roots. 

Gustavsen has received numerous awards including the Norwegian Grammy (Spellemannsprisen), CHOC critical awards (France), Bell Award for best international Jazz Album (Australia), Recording of the Month in Stereophile Magazine (USA), Preis der Deutschen Schallplattenkritik (Germany), as well as NOPAs Musikkpris for best Norwegian jazz composition, his official website states.
