20th Anniversary of Pilatus Aircraft Introduction in Bulgarian Air Force to Be Marked Tuesday

The 20th anniversary of the introduction in the Bulgarian Air Force of PC-9M training aircraft and PC-12/45 transport aircraft made by Switzerland's Pilatus Aircraft will take place at the Vrazhdebna Transport Air Base near Sofia on Tuesday morning.

Attending will be President Rumen Radev, who is also Supreme Commander-in-Chief of the Armed Forces, Defence Minister Atanas Zapryanov, the Deputy Chief of Defence, Lt. Gen. Tsanko Stoykov, and Air Force Commander Mjr. Gen. Dimitar Petrov.

During the event Radev will take part in a demonstration flight with the PC-21 new-generation trainer. The President will be accompanied by his wife Desislava Radeva.

The Defence Minister will meet with Pilatus Aircraft representatives.
