An exhibition from Brussels entitled "Fake or Real – A History of Forgery and Falsification" will be on display at Sofia's National Ethnographic Museum from July 16 to October 20, the museum's team said Tuesday. The exhibition presents intriguing stories about some of the biggest forgeries and falsifications in human history, acquainting the public with the circumstances of their appearance and consequences.
Included are over 100 artifacts, such as works of art, photos, documents, maps, forged works of art and consumer goods. There are also interactive zones for visitors.
The exhibition is organized in several sub-topics, including Power and Prayers, Unification and Division, Forgeries and Riches.
