Meeting Wednesday with President Rumen Radev as part of his consultations with the parties in the new Parliament, There Is Such a People (TISP), the second smallest of them, proposed that an expert government be formed on the third Cabinet-forming mandate. "We propose an expert cabinet on the third mandate. There is also the option of a presidential republic," TISP floor leader Toshko Yordanov said during the meeting.

Yordanov said that voter turnout was "terribly low" at the June 9 elections. "There are serious doubts about the exact number of voters in Bulgaria. I cannot understand why the voter registers are not updated," Yordanov said adding that there is general loss of interest in politics and people are not to blame for it.
