site.btaDeputy Chair of State Agency Technical Operations Replaced

Bulgarian caretaker Prime Minister Dimitar Glavchev has ordered the replacement of Dimitar Kostov with Emil Todorov as deputy chairperson of the State Agency Technical Operations (SATO), the Government Information Service said on Thursday.

SATO is a specialized body with the Council of Ministers for the procurement and deployment of special investigative techniques.

Emil Todorov has years of experience in the protection of national security. He has worked at SATO and at the State Agency for National Security. A graduate in accounting and control from the University of National and World Economy in Sofia, he earned a master's degree in national security from the University of Library Studies and Information Technologies in Sofia.
