site.btaRevenue Agency Is Checking Companies of Ivelin Mihaylov of Velichie Party

National Revenue Agency (NRA) chief Rumen Spetsov said on Tuesday that he has ordered inspections of the companies of Ivelin Mihaylov, ideologue of the Velichie [Grandeur] party and creator of the Historical Park near Varna. 

"Today I ordered a check of the company and the people who are behind this party. Proceedings have already been initiated on signals filed several months ago about the presence of financial schemes and fraud," Spetsov said in Dimitrovgrad, where he took part in a Customs Agency's campaign against drugs.

He added that these proceedings are underway but there are no results yet. The NRA director explained that Mihaylov's companies have accumulated unpaid taxes. Spetsov said that the signals submitted to the tax authorities against MIhaylov’s companies are not related with the start of the election campaign. 

On Monday, Nikolay Markov, the top candidate of Velichie for the European Parliament, said that neither European nor national capital, as well as public funds, have been invested in the "Historical Park" in Vetrino.
