A school-leaving prom for close to 80 socially disadvantaged young people will be held here on Thursday evening. The prom, part of a President's charity initiative organized by Dream Team Group, will be attended by President Rumen Radev, his wife Desislava Radeva and Vice President Iliana Iotova, the President's Press Secretariat reported.

The night will include performances by Ruslan Maynov, Deep Zone Project, RIA, Maria Mutafchieva of Mary Boys Band and Divna, among others.

Partners of the initiative are the Ministry of Labour and Social Policy, the National Employment Agency, the Social Assistance Agency, the State Agency for Child Protection, the Ministry of Education and Science, and the Ministry of Youth and Sports.

The inaugural prom for socially disadvantaged youth was held by President Petar Stoyanov on May 25, 1997. The event was attended by close to 1,000 high-school graduates.
