site.btaBulgaria Contributes Nearly BGN 400,000 in Development Aid

The Council of Ministers approved the provision of voluntary contributions for a total amount of BGN 386,591 to the Office of the UN High Commissioner for Human Rights, the UN Department of Political and Peacebuilding Affairs, UN Women, the UN Population Fund, the International Atomic Energy Agency and the European Endowment for Democracy. 

Bulgaria will continue to consolidate its positive image as a predictable new donor of development aid. The necessary funding will be provided from the budget of the Ministry of Foreign Affairs earmarked for development aid and humanitarian assistance.
